Palm Sunday: What were you expecting?

In Luke 19, Jesus taught a parable to address people’s kingdom expectations ahead of the Palm Sunday parade. In coming to Jesus, Luke 19 confronts us with the question: What are you expecting? And we find its often in the aftermath of unmet expectations that people turn their back on Jesus.
