Matt was called in 2022 to lead Falling Waters Bible Church alongside Pastor Wally Metts. Matt earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Bowling Green State followed by a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Amber have been married since 2008 and they have four children.

Wally has pastored in this area since 1985 and served for many decades as a ministry leader and elder before being sent out to plant Falling Waters Bible Church alongside Matt Cable. He is a professor of communication at Spring Arbor University, a consultant, a teacher, and a journalist. He and his wife Katie have four adult children.
Jason Vasaris
Pastor and Associate Elder

Jason is a graduate of Spring Arbor University and has been married to his wife Jenny since 2007. They have six children and Jason works at Consumers Energy. God called him as an Associate Elder at Falling Waters in February of 2025 and he is pursuing ordination.
