We have two separate services on Sundays. We begin the Lord’s day with our 10 a.m. morning worship service and conclude the day with our 6 p.m. evening worship service. Many of our families fellowship together between services and return for evening worship.
Our morning and evening services are separate in their teaching content but each service includes worship through singing, prayer, the public reading and preaching of God’s Word. Our Sunday evening service is more relaxed, the teaching is more interactive, and the service has a very family feel to it.
What to Expect
Our church body is young and old with a variety of life backgrounds. People’s dress tends to be business casual but there is always a mix from blazers to blue jeans.
Our services are around one hour in length. A member of our pastoral team will lead the time of worship through singing, prayer, the reading of Scripture, preaching, and the giving of gifts to the work of the Church.
The preaching of the Bible in our services is expositional and our pastors typically work through books of the Bible verse-by-verse and chapter-by-chapter from beginning to end.
Our music is theologically rich, drawing on the deep truths of Bible to help us orient our heart and minds toward God. Our instrumentation varies but often includes piano and guitar. Song selections include a mix of old and new but are always centered on God’s Word and exalt Jesus Christ.
As a new, mobile church plant, we make use of the gymnasium at the local elementary school and utilize folding chairs for our seating. If you have issues with sitting for extended periods of time, you may consider bringing your own chair that you know to be comfortable.
Have Children?
We encourage and welcome children’s participation in our worship services! But sometimes, it can be difficult for children to sit for the full length of the service. If your child just needs a break, you are welcome to sit in the children’s area with them and listen to worship broadcast.
